Zhengzhou KZONG Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specialising in the design, production and export of machinery for construction, industrial applications, agriculture and environmental protection.
From our manufacturing base in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, we have grown from a focused equipment workshop into an integrated engineering and production group. Our teams cover mechanical design, structural fabrication, hydraulic and electrical assembly, factory testing and export logistics, so a project stays under one roof from first enquiry to container loading.

Requirements first, then configuration, then price. We would rather tell a customer that a standard model does not suit their site than sell one that fails two months later.
Manufacturing capability
What we do in house
Keeping design, fabrication, assembly and testing together is what makes custom builds and short lead times possible.
- Engineering and design. Layout drawings, structural calculations, hydraulic schematics and control logic prepared for your site conditions.
- Structural fabrication. Plate cutting, forming and welding of frames, bins, silos, chassis and moulds.
- Hydraulic and electrical assembly. Power packs, cylinders, PLC panels and wiring assembled and labelled to your supply voltage and frequency.
- Factory testing. Loaded running test at rated capacity with the inspection record issued with the machine.
- Export packing. Sea-worthy packing, container loading plan and complete shipping documentation.
Quality assurance
Inspection that has a record attached
Every unit is inspected against a documented checklist before packing: dimensional accuracy of fabricated parts, pressure and leakage testing of hydraulic assemblies, electrical safety checks and a loaded running test at rated capacity. Inspection records travel with the machine and are available to the buyer.
Buyer-nominated inspection is welcome. If you want your own inspector or a third-party agency present for the running test, tell us during order confirmation and we will schedule the machine accordingly.
