From enquiry to shipping date
No automated funnel, no pressure. A real engineer reads the enquiry and comes back with questions if anything is missing.
- We read the requirement Output, material, site conditions and power supply are checked against our standard builds.
- We propose a configuration Model, options and the reason we chose them — usually within one working day.
- We quote with a schedule Price, Incoterm, packing and a delivery date we can hold.
- We build and test Production photos and the test record are sent before the machine is packed.
Before you write
These five details let us answer with a price instead of a question:
- What the machine has to handle, and the target output per hour or per day
- Site conditions: indoor or outdoor, ambient temperature, dust or humidity
- Available power supply: voltage, phase and frequency
- Any footprint or transport limit that constrains the design
- The date you need the machine on site
