Spare parts stock points added for EU and Middle East customers

We have added spare parts stock points serving European Union and Middle East customers, holding the components that most often stop a machine.

The parts held are selected from three years of spares order history: filter elements, belt and chain components, screw flighting sections, hydraulic seals and cylinders, motor and gearbox spares, and PLC modules for our standard control platforms.

## Why it matters

A dust collector filter or an elevator chain failing should not cost three weeks of air freight. Holding the fast-moving items regionally means a routine replacement arrives as a road shipment rather than an emergency flight.

Stock in these locations covers standard models only. Custom-built machines continue to draw spares from the factory, and we recommend ordering a recommended spares kit with a custom machine so the first replacement is already on site.

To check availability of a specific part, send us the machine model, serial number and a photograph of the component with its nameplate where possible.
